Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Press & Communications Officer to join our Marketing & Communications Team on a 5 Month FTC.

As an experienced individual you will work with the Executive Leadership Team, MCA Board, internal colleagues, external partners and key stakeholders to plan, manage and deliver all communications and media activity, nationally and internationally, with the overall aims of improving the MCAs national and international profile and reputation with our stakeholders, particularly national Government departments, senior ministers and Whitehall officials, Councillors and businesses.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
As a Press & Communications Officer, you ideally will be immediately available of finishing up your last assignment. You will be comfortable working in a political context and command the confidence of all key stakeholders.

You will be confident when it comes to writing press releases, interacting in the political field and communicating as influencing at all levels.

The role is working on a hybrid basis - 3 days a week at our head office in Sheffield City Centre and the remaining 2 days per week at home.
