- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Assist in the creation of policies and procedures to foster a positive work culture.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, from job advertisements to interviews.
- Assist with performance management processes.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Manage employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Provide support for employee-related queries.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful People and Culture Coordinator should have:

- A CIPD Level 5 in HR.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
