**Trainee Business Assurance Adviser**

**Location: Cirencester / Hybrid**

This role is a junior level role with the aim to prepare job holders for a Business Assurance Adviser Role by providing practical experience and support to achieve Level 4 Diploma.

The individual will start within Business Assurance (BA) performing predominantly administrator duties, assisting with the oversight of automated system processes, including focus on the identification of cases by our Case Selection Model and understanding how the business submission process influences this.

You will undertake training to become a Diploma Qualified Business Assurance Adviser (BAA): this will be specific to the individual when it comes to timeline but will involve self study for all 6 CII RO exams and training support in relation to the checking aspects of the BAA role.

**What you’ll be doing**:
**Initially**
- Providing administration support to the Business Assurance Team to assist in their roles.
- Reviewing Admin Centre queries on approved cases to support the processing of new business in an efficient manner and providing clear and concise feedback and support to Partners where it is identified cases have been submitted incorrectly.
- Managing the departmental inbox by responding to queries from individuals around the business or redirecting them as appropriate.
- Completing ad hoc tasks as required to support the team.

**Longer term**
- Achieving CII Diploma level 4 in no more than 24 months from taking the first exam.
- Taking all Internal accreditation deemed appropriate Internal licences.
- Engaging with the training provided from the internal training team in relation to case checking and be seen to be making continuous improvement.
- Being a proactive self-starter with your learning and seek to read around the topic to ensure success.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Understanding of or willingness to develop knowledge of Partnership, Field Management Team and location structure, internal IT systems including Aptus and MIA along with iBusiness and Business Submission processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines within agreed SLA’s, with a keen eye for details and highly organized.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analytical skills and a high level of numeracy.
