**Salary**: £23,010

Hours: 3 days per week 08:30am to 5:00pm (24 hours), there will be some required flexibility to undertake charity events

Holidays: 26 days holiday (full time equivalent)

Contract: Permanent

Reporting to: Chair of Trustees

Location: YESS - Your Emotional Support Service, 23 Carter Street, Uttoxeter, ST14 8EY

Probation period: 6 months

Job Summary:
This exciting role holds overall responsibility for the leadership of YESS. As Charity Lead you will focus on the leadership of our Clinical and Staff teams to enable us to provide service delivery excellence that align with our mission and values. The Charity Lead will also work to promote and raise awareness of YESS within the local community and mental health community

Skills required and main duties:

- Providing leadership to YESS and being part of the Board of Trustees decisions and providing strategic direction for the Charity
- Ensuring the financial health of YESS to drive funding opportunity and charity development.
- Enabling the Clinical Lead to maximise service delivery excellence by taking operational decisions, ensuring Staff and Volunteers are recruited to meet our needs
- Raising the awareness of YESS in the local community building the network of YESS and acting as the face of YESS.
- Having a clinical background or awareness is important for this role as supporting appointments or providing therapy to clients, when required is advantageous.
