**Job summary**
The Operation Admin Support is responsible for providing full administration support to the Director and some of the Operations team. This will include diary management, answering calls, chasing invoices, data entry and other admin duties that may arise during the course of the work.
**Job responsibilities**
Provide admin support, normally remotely to the Director. The job will contain the following duties;
**Management of new leads into Tradify CRM/job management system**
- Initial contact with clients new and existing, gathering info and arranging where required site visits for the operations manager (COB) or engineers to assess works
- Answering inbound calls to the office for new works
**General Duties**
- Arranging Calendars and scheduling meetings and appointments;
- Diary Management for Directors, Trade Operatives and the Sub-Contractors;
- Creating basic invoices from templates;
- Answering calls where needed;
- Using the basics of the accounting system (Xero);
- Data entry into pre-existing systems;
- Being the Key Contact for the team on a daily basis;
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with any clients and sub-contractors;
- Help to maintain electronic systems already in place
**Job core skills and experience required**
- Good level of generalist Admin experience;
- Proven track record of working alongside management and colleagues to reach desired outcomes;
- Ability to work on own initiative and largely unsupervised, as well as part of a small team;
- Organised, self-confident and enthusiastic;
- Willing to learn new skills to self-develop;
- Friendly manner, flexible and approachable.
