Job Description**:Recruiter** - **Defense** **Engineering**

**Key Responsibilities**
Responsible for end to end recruitment (Sourcing to Induction).
Update and maintain applicant tracking database in recruiting automation tool.
Coordinate with fellow recruiters, hiring managers and other HR Teams for smooth recruitment process from sourcing till onboarding.

**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree science or engineering
Minimum 4 - 6 years of total experience in recruitment, and at least 3 - 4 years of previous experience in Embedded Engineering professionals recruitment
Hands on experience in sourcing profiles with Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware, PCB Design etc.. skills for Aerospace and Defence projects in United Kingdom
Hands on experience in finding profiles with active UK security clearance holders and Engineers eligible for security clearance
Must have a positive attitude that quickly adapts to process changes and improvement suggestions
Strong understanding of current and emerging technology positions and trends, with the capacity to keep pace with changes within technology profession
Proven ability to build and implement successful, creative approaches to talent acquisition, with knowledge of the latest innovative recruiting resources and techniques
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong analytical, evaluation, persuasive, and negotiation skills
