**Responsibilities**:

- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Present menus to guests, make recommendations, and provide detailed information on our exquisite dishes and beverage options.
- Take accurate orders from guests, ensuring specific requests and dietary preferences are noted.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, while maintaining the highest quality of food presentation.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of their menu.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including tables, chairs, and service stations, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues and provide exceptional service recovery.
