**Role & Responsibilities**:
The main purpose of the Paint Sprayer /Powder Coating operative will be to work alongside other team members in the fast-paced manufacturing environment and support the coating process, coating both hinged doors and roller shutters.

You will using an electromagnetically charged polyester powder coating spraying gun and assisting the team in daily duties within the department.

**The main tasks and activities in this role are to carry out**:
Prep work on all material prior to powder coating

Able to spray to join rotas/ or able to prove experience working in a powder coating environment

Taking down parts from racking after being sprayed

Cautious of quality and able to communicate efficiently

Support day to day running of the powder coating plant

Sheet metal knowledge (Not essential as training will be provided)

Prior powder coating experience, spraying is most preferred or working within a PPC team

Working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Good work ethic, punctual and good attendance.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bolton, BL2 2HE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Powder Coating: 1 year (preferred)
