Laborer

We are seeking a motivated Labourer to join our team on site in Coalville.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist with general operations on site
- To perform set up and clean up tasks on site
- To learn new skills and undertake training
- Be able to follow instructions carefully and correctly
- Observe all health and safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained to the highest standard
- Work cooperatively with the team to meet customer requirements
- Knowledge of Quarrying and plant operations is desirable
- Good Timekeeping - Flexible approach to assisnt with daily production targets/ requirements
- Good Communication skills
- Able to raise problems to the attention of site supervisors/ management
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills

Full training will be given

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift

Work Location: One location
