**ABOUT US**

Avensys are one of the UK’s leading Bio-Medical Engineering companies, supplying and maintaining medical equipment as well as providing training to the nations (and in some cases beyond) Bio-Medical Engineers. Avensys has been growing for almost 15 years, but 3 years ago we were purchased by a German company Hermed, which has opened up many opportunities for us and has seen our growth rate increase. **ABOUT YOU**

Whilst Avensys is a professional company, we’re also friendly and personable. We’re looking for someone who embodies our values and can communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike. To be successful in this role, you must be organised as you’ll will be supporting the sales team and carrying out administrative tasks, customer service and warehouse support in a timely manner. Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programmes would be beneficial. Customer service experience would be desirable but is by no means essential as this is an entry-level position. Above all, we’re looking for someone with ambition, who’s motivated to work hard, exceed their targets and take advantage of the fantastic career progression opportunities we offer to our staff.

**THE ROLE**

The Sales Administrator provides sales operation and administration support for an expanding and growing team. The role is full-time, office-based at our Hartlebury site and will be varied in nature. The role will directly support the profitability and efficiency of the department and work to improve and strengthen all sales and administrative procedures.

**THE TERMS**
- ** Contract Term**: Permanent.
- **Hours of Work**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
- ** Annual Leave**:23 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service to a maximum of 27 days).
