**About the Trust**

We deliver district general services to 2.5m residents of Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, and its surrounding communities. Our specialist services allow us to deliver care to 4.5m people from across the East Midlands and nationally for a handful of services.QMC is where our Emergency Department (ED), Major Trauma Centre and the Nottingham Children's Hospital are based. It is also home to the University of Nottingham's School of Nursing and Medical School. Nottingham City Hospital is our planned care site, whereour cancer centre, heart centre and stroke services are based, and where some of our emergency admissions units are located. Ropewalk House is where we provide a range of outpatient services, including hearing services.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- To analyse information, produce reports working with complex and sensitive data and contribute to projects in a timely and accurate manner to help facilitate decision-making and business strategy development under the direction of the Service General Managerand Service/Pathway Business Analyst
- To liaise with a wide range of people at all levels of organisations to facilitate the obtaining, maintenance and use of data across a diverse range of databases
- To work in conjunction with the Service General Manager and Service/Pathway Business Analyst & other relevant staff to produce monthly team activity reports for managers and clinicians
- Extract and present information from trust systems in accordance with ad hoc as well as routine information inquiries
- Ensure that all work targets, robust data collection and validation systems are in place across the services and that statutory returns and management enquiries are resolved swiftly and effectively

- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
**You'll have the following skills/experience**:

- NHS System Knowledge
- Medway PAS
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Experience and knowledge of information technology systems
- Knowledge and experience in producing and analysing reports
- Excellent statistic skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
