**Job Description**:
**Role Responsibilities and Deliverables**
- Working as part of a team to help our client(s) improve safety on their vast UK portfolio
- Managing incoming and outgoing communications relating to site H&S issues
- Reviewing information packs of identified H&S issues and deciding on logical next steps
- Providing the client with clear recommendations to improve site safety conditions
- Communicating and influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Updating client and internal systems

**Systems Knowledge Required**
- MS Office
- MS Teams
- SharePoint
- Nemesis
- ADCBuild/Site Net
- Remedy
- Intercom
- Locken LSA

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- Self-driven, proactive attitude
- Passion for H&S and improving working conditions
- Effective time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of computer-based software systems including but not limited to, MS Office/Teams/Power Bi

**Desirable**:

- Operational experience in Telecommunications - Desirable but not essential
- NEBOSH National General/Construction Certificate (or working towards)
- Experience in one of the following areas - Civil/Structural Engineering, Electrical Safety, Fire Safety, Construction
- Demonstratable work experience (min. 1 year)
- Basic understanding of project management and quality assurance
- Experience of customer service
