**Role: Insurance Account Handler**

**Full-time permanent role (9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday)**

**Occasional Saturdays (on rota 9.30am-1pm)**

**Description of role**:
This role would suit a driven, proactive individual who would like to grow with the company and develop a career in the field of insurance and sales. Applicants must be keen to learn and eager to sell. Continuous training and development will be provided alongside a competitive salary based on experience plus commission.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in assessing clients' motor trade insurance requirements under the guidance of experienced brokers.
- Learn and provide information on insurance coverage options, including liability, property, and related policies.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders.
- Support in negotiating insurance terms and conditions to secure appropriate coverage.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes to contribute valuable insights to the team.
- Aid in managing policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processes.
- Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and support marketing efforts.

**Experience (Not necessary)**:

- Microsoft Office 365 (desirable)
- Microsoft Excel (desirable)
- Insurance Experience (desirable)
- Marketing/Social Media (desirable)

**Characteristics**:

- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of business and insurance concepts.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
