WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS A FOOD RUNNER? YOU'LL...Giving every guest a friendly welcome when they enter the business. Cleaning & preparing tables once guests leave & before new guests arrive. Clearing dishes & utensils once the guests have finished their meals. Taking food and drink products to the guests at the table. Clearing empty glasses from tables.
