An opportunity for an experienced **Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Payable Assistant** has arisen to join a successful Manufacturing business near the Willenhall area. Joining a busy Finance department, you will be responsible for processingpurchase invoices and general maintenance of the Purchase Ledger.
Ideally with a view to start as soon as possible, this is a temp to perm role with opportunity to move onto a permanent contract once completing 13 weeks with the agency.
**Duties of this role include;**
- Manage and maintain Purchase Ledger
- Matching and checking invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Raising sales credit notes
- Resolution of supplier queries and issues
- Assisting with month end journals
**Desirable skills and experience include;**
- Experience of Purchase Ledger processes and interaction with suppliers
- Able to manage a busy workload, prioritising and working to deadlines
- Proactive approach
Offering a salary of £23-25,000p/a with 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
Office based near Willenhall, working office hours Monday - Friday, with an early finish on Fridays.
