**DESCRIPTION OF TASKS**:
To ensure that the staff are working in their given area and help where necessary, in one of the 30 luxury self-catering Lodges, 15 Retreats or laundry.

To ensure the efficient laundry operation are all to standard with regard to cleanliness and pressing.

To take housekeeping staff, by car, to the retreats and bring them back.

To inspect the departing lodges and retreats after servicing, ensuring that excellent high standards are met.

To ensure that correct cleaning stock levels are in place for daily lodge and retreats duties to be carried out.

To ensure correct linen stocks are available for all areas and in inventory cupboards.

To liaise with Assistant Estate Housekeeper with respect to the daily running of the business.

To ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are adhered to.

To ensure the laundry building, lodges and retreats are secure after use and master keys safely stored.

To assist Assistant Estate Housekeeping Manager to ensure that all staff are correctly trained.
