To support our growth, we are looking for motivated, caring **Customer Service Executives **who are passionate for delivering grate customer service to join our team.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Understanding the importance of our Trustpilot reviews and how to manage responses, offer solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
- To organise workload and prioritise customer queries for resolution.
- Take ownership of queries from start to finish.
- Develop great product knowledge to inform new, potential customers of the specific details.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure we are working together and efficiently.
- Follow process and instructions and identify issues when they arise.
**What will I need to be considered for this vacancy?**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
- The ability to multitask and to be able to speak to customers confidently
- Excellent Microsoft Office experience, including word and outlook
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and strong organizational skills are all essential.
- Ability to follow instruction easily in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative to work independently on new ideas, processes, and administrative tasks.
- Passion to work collaboratively on new ideas within a team.
- Desire to identify issues and solve problems efficiently.
- Maintain a straight-forward approach to new challenges.
- A passion to help customers and colleagues, demonstrating patience and compassion.
- Maintain a positive can-do attitude and ability to make light of difficult situations.
- Willingness to help and support with any additional duties when required.
**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
