Bridal Consultant

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to brides and their entourage
- Assist brides in finding their dream wedding dress and accessories
- Guide brides through the entire bridal shopping experience, from trying on dresses to finalizing the purchase
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the bridal experience
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Stay up-to-date on current bridal fashion trends and designers
- uploading images and creating content for the companies social media platforms
- steaming and prepping customers gowns for collection

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with brides and their families
- Basic math skills for processing payments and calculating discounts
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous 2 years sales experience preferred, especially in a high end retail store or bridal setting

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)

- 50% (preferred)
