We are currently seeking a **Performance Team Leader** to ensure the artistic running of the performance department and to help bring its unique brand of scary fun to its many visitors.
- The Dungeons are uniquely thrilling attractions that whisk you way back to the host city’s most perilous past. See, hear, feel and (ahem) smell the chillingly amusing characters of the ‘bad old days’ as they come to life before you._

**_ What you need: _**
- Previous experience in immersive theatre
- Creativity to deliver show proposals which enhance the unique visitor experience
- Previous experience training Actors
- Professional expertise and high standards to constantly observe and evaluate the performance delivery to maintain the highest levels of theatrical performance
- Previous experience of working within a performance setting
- A flexible and pro-active approach and to assist colleagues whenever needed.

**About the Role**

Reporting into the Performance Manager, you’ll help support the efficient operational and artistic running of the department, ensuring the delivery of exceptionally high theatrical performance standards, to offer a unique and horrible memorable visitor experience.

Training the actors in make-up techniques, costume presentation and prop use, you’ll also take a role in our regular cast and cause outrageous behaviour to create an inhospitable and tense environment. You’ll co-ordinate regular departmental meetings and help recruit, support, coach and develop the team.

This is a full-time permanent role, working any 5 days from 7, including working a regular fair share of weekends, bank holidays and evenings as required.
