Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service.

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
- Process guest payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines is a plus
- We will help and fund related training
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues

Location: Bo’ness

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
