This is a great opportunity to assist management in key areas of the business, ensuring food & service standards are consistently high.

As the Service Team Leader you will be trusted to make sure things are right. You will be responsible for delivering high standards of guest service and ensuring all guest concerns are resolved positively.

This role includes working weekends and evenings and is available as part time or full time.

**The Role**:

- Supervising a team of Food and Beverage Assistants
- Following all cash handling/opening/closing procedures
- Ensuring all team members are trained in line with our standards
- Look after functions such as weddings, events & conferences
- Stock control & ordering
- Maintain high standards of service & cleanliness
