**The Client**
Our Client are a Nationwide Facilities & Property Management Company who provide domestic & building maintenance solutions across the Country. Due to demand, they are looking to recruit a reliable and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager for their SouthWales region.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the main objective of your role will be to manage the day to day running of the Maintenance team across South Wales. You will manage delivery and compliance and will ensure that the PPM programme runs smoothly, within budgetand to agreed SLA's.

**Duties**
To be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the Maintenance team and Planned Maintenance projects.
To provide an effective interface with customers meeting, developing and reviewing service levels.
To ensure programme deadlines and financial targets are achieved
To supervise and manage all operatives and staff, both directly employed and subcontract
To ensure all works are being carried out to the correct standard of customer care and quality.
To ensure Health and Safety procedures and requirements are followed and met.
To manage all staff, of all disciplines and coordinate works to achieve the programme requirements.
Assist in the preparation of valuations and ensure all variations/additional works are recorded
To attend contract meetings both within the Company and Clients
Liaise with the purchasing department to order all materials to ensure the programme is maintained.
To ensure timesheets, production sheets, CVI's and all paperwork is properly completed and on time
To ensure all operatives are abiding by employee handbook and vehicle policy
Ensure all quality control procedures are being followed, including QHSE inspectorate

**Requirements**:
Must have previous experience of managing Facilities Maintenance contracts
Must have CSCS Card
Excellent understanding of Health and Safety with IOSH/NEBOSH Certification being an advantage.
Strong customer focus skills and attitude.
Strong communication skills, analytical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Have a high level of skill within core M&E discipline
Flexible and willing approach to work with ability to work on own initiative

**Benefits**
£40-45k Plus Company Van & Bonus Packages
£25.00ph Umbrella PAYE whilst temporary
