A Property Consultant collaborates with Landlord and tenants to engage in new relationships, maintain and enhance existing relationships, day-to-day duties and responsibilities include:
- Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services
- Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal
- Assessing a client’s property needs
- Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest
- Analysing trends in housing data and identifying possible properties for clients
- Writing reports for clients with factual conclusions
- Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase the value of the client’s properties
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £16,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Greenford, UB6 8SG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
