**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Optimise the resourcing schedule to meet business targets using resource scheduling tools.
- Continuously improve the cost-effectiveness of schedules to minimise resource costs and maximise efficiency.
- Ensure learnings are shared to optimise schedules on an ongoing basis.
- Schedule a mix of job types using our CRM and your own best practice.
- Ensure projects are delivered to deadlines and requirements.
- Attend and/or facilitate meetings where agreed and present on progress, ensuring that all actions are logged and followed up as required.
- Engage with customers to discuss and agree on the delivery of their outstanding penetration testing projects.
- Escalate contracts to finance and/or legal where we’re unable to reach a solution and track the progress of these escalations.
- Perform any other appropriate job duties in line with the associated skill and experience of the post holder

**Skills and experience required**
- Previous experience working in a technical environment is essential.
- Previous customer service experience is essential (ideally in a B2B environment).
- Experience managing and scheduling multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
- Data entry experience would be beneficial.
- Previous experience working in a sales administration role is desirable.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
