**VACANCY: Caretaker/ Maintenance staff - Bournemouth**

We are pleased to announce that we are currently looking for a part-time staff member to join our team in Bournemouth.

We are looking for an experienced Caretaker /Maintenance staff to cover our Storage Facility, a Driving Licence and own transport are essential for this role.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety checks.
- Can organise their own workload efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with basic maintenance and general upkeep of facilities.
- Have good literacy and basic numeracy skills.
- Work as a member of a team and understand their wider impact on customers.
- Be self-motivated, flexible, personable, and proactive

**Customer Service**
- Address customer queries and transactions professionally and promptly.
- Process transactions efficiently. **Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer experiences.**:

- Build and manage customer relationships and handle feedback and complaints.
- Escalate issues when required.

**Equipment Preparation**:

- Inspect storage units before and after rental.
- Prepare storage units for rental.
- Implement and manage asset inspection procedures.

**Maintenance**:

- Identify maintenance issues across sites, equipment, and log them using software.
- Report issues to the relevant department and monitor their resolution progress.
- Efficiently manage maintenance tasks, including performing general maintenance duties not assigned to the maintenance team.
- Implement company Health & Safety policies, ensuring safe working conditions.

Remuneration: £12.01 per hour, 16 hours per week: some Saturdays may be required, no Sundays or Bank holidays.
