The assessment and development of a range of evidence-based, falls prevention standards in care homes in areas of South Derbyshire, Amber Valley North and West, Erewash and South Derbyshire Dales.

To ensure an adequate provision of Falls Prevention activities in Derbyshire Care Homes that meet the Strictly No Falling quality standard and to promote Falls Prevention to all stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.96 per hour
