Personal Secretary

We are currently seeking a skilled and professional personal secretary to join our team at Buckhurst Park.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit various documents, including reports, presentations, and memos.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects and presentations.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, such as managing personal appointments or reservations.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Secretary or similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/accountanting or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
