**This firm has a rich heritage dating back over 50 years, they are a multi-service, Legal 500 practice. In recent years the firm has experienced significant growth and as a result, they are seeking a Leasehold Enfranchisement Senior Associate to join the firm on a fixed term 12-month basis.**

This firm are ranked highly in the Legal 500 and are top tier across many areas. They are a dynamic, forward-thinking and commercially focused practice that is completely multiservice. Over the years they have attracted many Lawyers from Top 50 practices, who are seeking more in the way of work-life balance, but still want to deal with quality work.

The firm deal with an affluent and wealthy client base of individuals, on the business side the client base is broad, often making for a much more interesting caseload.

The practice punches above its weight and they have built a practice that appeals to clients who might otherwise send high-quality work to a London firm, the expertise that they offer makes them an attractive proposition.

**The role**

**This firm is seeking a Senior Associate - Leasehold Enfranchisement on a fixed term 12-month basis to join their Southampton office.**

You will work as part of a highly-ranked legal 500 team. The team is busy and this position is looking to cover a 12-month period of maternity leave.

The firm's clients range from individuals and groups of private leaseholders, residents' associations, and companies, through to investment landlords, institutional lenders, house-builders, developers and other landowners.

**Requirements**:

- You will be a Senior Leasehold Enfranchisement Associate 4 PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of PQE)
- You will have a meticulous eye for detail
- You will have a good technical knowledge and good communication skills are essential
- Salary is competitive and negotiable and dependent on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
