Bartender and Server

We are currently looking for a part-time vibrant bartender to join our dynamic front of house team at our Portswood restaurant.

We encourage our teams to showcase their skills and personalities within their roles, allowing customers to see your passion for hospitality.

You’ll be joining Mango Portswood, one of three independently owned bar & eateries in Southampton serving delicious Thai Tapas and original, exciting cocktails. Many of our team also work occasionally at our other venues.

A unique bar experience, and you'll be responsible for drinks for the whole venue. Cocktail making experience preferred, but not strictly necessary if you are keen to learn. You'll be an expert at delivering a great customer experience and you will be required to maintain the bar all evening, making sure it is always clean and presentable. And if you've got a creative streak, we love to include the team's cocktail creations on our seasonal menus

You **must** be available to work weekend evenings and special dates. If you are a student, you **must** be in Southampton during non-term time, throughout summer.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £6.83-£10.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
