Then get in touch Kingston Barnes is currently recruiting for a time served Maintenance Supervisor for one of our clients in the Bargeddie area.

**The Company**:Our client takes household waste from the local area and uses it to produce electricity to power homes and businesses. This is great for the environment as instead of ending up in landfill the waste is being transformed to be used for good.

**The Role**:Within the remit of the role you will be responsible for the delivery of the site maintenance strategy. You will be working alongside the Operations Manager and the production team to ensure planning, organising and undertaking of maintenance is achieved. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Ensure maintenance staff are managed to achieve site maintenance objectives and targets
- Ensure Planned maintenance schedules are completed on time
- Corrective and Reactive Maintenance is prioritised and completed effectively
- Evaluate equipment reliability
- Provide Engineering expertise to the production team
- Effectively supervise the maintenance team
- Update and administer the CMMS
- Supervisory experience
- Understanding of maintenance strategies
- Mechanical background
- Qualified in an engineering discipline
- Experience working withing processing, FMCG, manufacturing of similar
- Flexibility to working hours

**The Benefits**:

- **£45,975.00**
- Monday to Friday days 38.5 hours per week
- Annual bonus: Up to 10% based on KPI’s and company performance
- Holidays: 25 days + 8 Banks
- Pension plan: Up to 7% matched
- Sick pay
- Profit share scheme

**Salary**: £46,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
