An opportunity has arisen in our Birmingham based team for a talented, eager and driven individual to join our dynamic video acquisition team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated person who relishes the chance to learn what makes a great video before it goes viral.

Caters Media Group is an exciting, international multimedia company who lead from the front when sourcing, creating and distributing amazing video and image content to the world’s largest media outlets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify video content from multiple platforms before it goes viral and to fit customer briefs in a short space of time.
- Use people skills and sense of humour to contact and negotiate with content creators whose videos have the potential to go viral. The content creators are located across the globe so contact times will need to be tailored to their time zones.
- Handoff tasks and communicate effectively with teams in other offices.
- React to breaking news scenarios to remotely source content.
- Ensure vital admin is completed fully and accurately.
- Comfortable working to deliver performance targets set by the line-manager.

- Decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Hardworking and enthusiastic.

**Qualifications**:

- Educated to degree level preferably in Media/Journalism

**Job Types**: Full-time (Birmingham based), Permanent

**Salary**: up to £24,000.00 per year

**Schedule**:
Monday to Sunday

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Birmingham, B18 6BL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
