**Application Analyst - D365**

Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a meticulous **Application Analyst **to join our team on a **remote **basis. You will join us on a **full time, permanent** basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£35,000 - £40,000 per annum**,**plus benefits.**

**As our Application Analyst, you will**

Be required to work with the wider Digital community and IT team to provide analysis, change and support services for D365 Customer Engagement and the wider power platform. In addition, you will communicate and work with end users to resolve identified issuesand support the wider team to progress the Digital change program.

The role will ideally suit a technically-minded person with an active interest in working with the D365 platform and learning about the wider Microsoft Power Platform.

**Your responsibilities as our Application Analyst will include**:

- Working with business users and front-line support teams to resolve issues related to D365 and associated systems
- Undertaking small changes in D365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform to address issues and deliver value to the user community
- Ensuring all work is recorded in Azure DevOps and appropriate documentation and records are created
- Engaging in the full Sprint lifecycle including planning,backlog review and retrospectives
- Actively engaging with the wider Digital Community and IT team to ensure the smooth delivery of change
- Providing a high level of ongoing service through excellent Incident and Problem Management
- Identifying improvements to address issues, improve resilience and deliver business benefits
- Deploying technical solutions
- Working with the wider team to verify new features and functionality

**What we are looking for in our ideal Application Analyst**:

- Exposure to D365 Customer Engagement configuration and administration
- Experience working with the Microsoft Dataverse, specifically D365 Sales/Customer Engagement
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and of IT incident management and investigation
- The ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
