Fast growing start up who provide fleet services to companies across the UK have a new and exciting requirement for a Logistics Coordinator to join the dynamic and fast growing team based in the central London head office. Reporting to the Depot Manager youwill be responsible for scheduling and rostering fuel operators, route monitoring, maintaining vehicles and pumps. The job offers fast career progression and the opportunity to move into other departments.

**Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Coordinator**

Work closely with the Depot Manager to make sure that our depot(s) run smoothly and that each and every one of our customers receives their fuel on time and to a first class service.

The main point of contact for our Fuel operators/Drivers with regards to their rota and shifts and be accountable with the Depot Manager the effective management of logistics, vehicle management, people, schedules and reporting.

Your aim is to make sure every vehicle meets all health and safety requirements and is in expected condition for each of our Fuel Operators in order for them to service our customers and submitting regular reporting to the Company Management.

**Main Tasks of the Logistics Coordinator**
- Scheduling and rostering Fuel operators, vans and equipment needed to deliver our service
- Route monitoring and planning of vans and Fuel operators
- Maintaining vehicles and pumps
- Responsible for the smooth running of a busy operational depot in line with Management instruction
- Completing in-house reports to provide data from Jigsaw (stock, volumes etc)
- Maintaining and overseeing Jigsaw equipment in the back of the vehicles
- ISO reporting
- Checking that all vehicles leaving the Depot are secure and meet required transport legislation requirements
- Organise vehicle documentation on electronic systems - including MOT's due
- Delivering high levels of customer service internally and externally
- Supporting the Depot Manager in employee performance as well as reviewing your own performance management
- Support DM in recruitment
- Ensure that all Employees are complying with their training
- Complete and deliver Tool Box Talks to our fuel operators on a monthly basis
- Monitor and escalate issues with Fuel operators conduct, feedback from clients as well as overall conduct/performance uniform and behaviour
- Help with the on boarding process of new Fuel operators
- Covering delivery routes as and when required
- Looking at PSL and ways to reduce costs
- Produce reports for CEO - Including VPC and DV
- Adherence to Company procedures and statutory laws
- Full deputising of Depot Manager when required

**Working hours**:
24-7 operation and therefore working outside of "usual hours" may be required however, this position is mainly Monday - Friday

Shift patterns:

- 06:00am to 3:00pm or
- 11:00am to 7:00pm
- 6:00pm to 2:00am or 3:00am
- 11:00pm to 7:00am
