**Procurement Director - Global Functions** **Location**: Remote (with travel to London weekly).

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop the long-term strategy of the Global Functions procurement team, aligned to the CPO strategy for the wider organizational procurement team.
- Implement, manage and evaluate key individual objectives for the GF Procurement team to drive performance and delivery in the team.
- Build relationships with key internal business stakeholders to gather insights on functional strategic direction, to help drive an efficient and effective team and to ensure the Procurement Team’s earliest engagement in strategic projects.
- Partner with relevant teams including Finance, Legal, Data Protection, Social Impact and Security leadership to ensure processes and governance are administered in the contracting of all third-party agreements.
- Ensure compliance to the Procurement tools are met and drive wider and deeper adoption of the procurement platform (Coupa).
- Drive forward the SRM activities across the procurement team assisting in the right sizing of the process and the identification of the key suppliers for SRM.
- Identify opportunities for tactical work to be outsourced or offshored to locations within the organization to efficiently manage procurement team resource.
- Act as the global function’s procurement representative in dealing with senior management, key internal stakeholders, and key external suppliers, ensuring collaboration, strategy development, innovation, and continuous improvement plans.
- Continue the develop the internal reporting of Procurement KPI’s and metrics for the Executive team
- Lead, manage and develop the Global functions procurement team
- Be the escalation point for all aspects of procurement activity

Essential Requirements
- Graduate Degree (Business Studies or equivalent)
- MCIPS
- Experience of using end to end use of S2P tools
- Strong experience in Technology procurement
- Must have line management experience and a track record of people development
- Supply chain principles, procedures and methods
- Supplier performance improvement tools & techniques
- Category Management tools and techniques
- Tender and contract procurement practice, processes
- Strong negotiation skills, strong contractual and commercial competence.
