Rotating shifts of:
Monday to Thursday 6.00am to 2.00pm / 2.00pm to 10.00pm

Friday 6.00am to 1.00pm / 1.00pm to 8.00pm

**Job Purpose**:
Reporting to the Departmental Manager the Supervisor will be expected to oversee all shift related activities in our foam department while also working on the CNC machine to cut polythane foam to specification for the upholstery industry. The role is heavy duty and very physical. The supervisor will be responsible for the effective operation of a small team in the department, maintain standards of performance and quality as laid down by the Company and to achieve targets of production in accordance with Company demands.
