**Location**: Banbury, UK
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
**Starting Pay**: £12.00 per hour (with increase after probation)
**Type**: Permanent Role

**Role Overview**:
Your main responsibility will involve translating digital designs and instructions onto garments using embroidery machines. Your sharp eye for detail will be instrumental in maintaining our high-quality standards, flagging any concerns or issues that arise during the process confidently. You will assist with various tasks, as assigned by the supervisor. You'll be trained to use the machines and learn about all the tasks an Embroidery Assistant can encounter.

**Experience and skills**:

- Impeccable accuracy in inputting designs and following instructions.
- Confidence to identify and address quality control matters.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Ideally, some experience with embroidery machines or a mechanical inclination.
- Assist with various tasks as assigned by the supervisor
