The company is located in the South East area, United Kingdom and offers a wide range of services to businesses around London.
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site Admin Role/Bookkeeping Role. The Admin Role/Bookkeeping professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with bookkeeping such as financial records, payroll, and tax-related compliance. Additionally, the role will involve administrative assistance and customer service tasks.
**Tasks**
- Recording financial transactions in accounting software Xero
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciling bank statements and financial data
- Generating financial reports for management review
- Assisting with payroll processing and tax preparation
- Organizing and maintaining financial records in an orderly manner
**Qualifications**
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Administrative Assistance and organizational skills
- Finance skills and experience with accounting software Xero
- Experience in bookkeeping and administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
- Familiarity with Xero platform is mandatory.
- Proficiency in clerical and administrative tasks
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage financial records efficiently
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Ability to computerize data accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in using Google Suite for documentation and communication
- Skilled in data entry to ensure accuracy in financial records
