Previous tech expertise is not neccesary and the role represents an opportunity to gain experience in emerging and growing sectors such as AI, software & cyber.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level executive support to senior management, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, ensuring timely communication of changes and updates.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with account management tasks, including tracking client interactions, updating CRM systems, and preparing regular progress reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop leads, schedule product demonstrations, and support the execution of sales strategies.
- Manage general office tasks such as answering phones, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and providing ongoing support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in team meetings and provide support in planning and organizing company events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, company products, and services to better support clients and address their needs effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive support or administrative role.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (eg. salesforce)

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in account management, customer support, or sales roles is considered a strong asset.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
