Patient Pathway Administration Clerk

THIS POST IS FIXED TERM FOR 10 MONTHS DUE TO FUNDING.
If you are an internal applicant this post will only be offered on a secondment basis and you will need to have gained your line managers approval for the secondment prior to going to interview.
An exciting development opportunity has arisen in the Patient Pathway Team.
This team is responsible for providing a patient focused support service.
This is achieved by ensuring that the most current information on a patient is updated on all appropriate administration systems in order to provide a high quality, efficient and effective patient based information system.
Good organizational and communication skills, as well as IT skills, are an essential requirement for this post.
You will be required to work on your own initiative and will need to work flexibly, according to the needs of the service.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills and a non-judgmental approach. A sound understanding of confidentiality is essential.
