Dounemount Care Home is looking for an Administrator with great organisational, inter-personal and first point of contact skills.

Based on the outskirts of MacDuff, our care home offers excellent standards of Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 34 residents.

Every day will offer plenty of variety and great administration skills are a pre-requisite for the role. Working alongside the Home Manager, this is a fantastic role to be a part of an experienced team, where creativity and empowerment are encouraged.

**Administrator Contract**
- £11.50 per hour
- Contracted to 40-hours per week
- Pension
- 5.6 weeks annual leave
- Onsite parking
- PVG paid

**Administrator Tasks**
- First point of contact for prospective residents and team members
- An ambassador for the care home, ie. showing people around Dounemount Care Home and integrating with the local community
- Managing the enquiry database
- Setting up overseeing all administration systems to include residents’ agreements, team members contracts, payroll etc..
