Chichester College is currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated Bar Supervisor to work in our Pavilion bar, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times by maintaining an exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism.

You will have experience of working behind a bar with knowledge of licensing law and stock taking. Ideally you will also have knowledge on food safety, but training will be given if needed. You will have a proactive and flexible approach to work and demonstrate customer service skills.

Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee operation of the bar, including opening and close.
- Take event bookings and help organise where appropriate.
- Assist with event marketing as required.
- Ensuring drinks/snacks are prepared and served in accordance with UK law and Chichester College core values.
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
- Cash handling.
- To ensure the cleanliness, quality standards and safety of the work area at all times.
