Lettings Lister

Following a record year within the Lettings business we are looking to expand our team and have an exciting opportunity available.

We are looking for an experienced Estate agent to join our Lettings team and help grow our business by onboarding new landlords.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract and retain clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords
- Conduct market appraisals and onboard new landlords
- Negotiate contracts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay informed about industry developments
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

**Experience**:

- Proven listing experience in either Sales or Lettings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with the team
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
