Stock Processor

**Main duties & responsibilities**
- Processing information from stock reports onto Sage 50.
- Ensure they are entered promptly with a high degree of accuracy.
- Working with divisions while being professional and effective, and dealing with queries promptly.
- Escalating issues to line manager
- Assist with processing PDQ receipts and payments to the bank accounts in Sage.
- Assist with PDQ reconciliations and matching on the system.
- Provide support for departmental colleagues as required and any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business.
- Build a knowledge sharing relationship with your team and with divisions to help towards smoother processes.
**Knowledge, Skills & experience required**
**Essential**
- High level of accuracy and speed processing information onto the system.
- Fully ICT literate and competent in Excel to at least intermediate level, with the ability to manipulate data from other sources.
- Excellent planning and time management skills with ability to meet exacting deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
- High level of literacy
**Desirable**
- Fully competent use of Sage 50 accounts, with experience of entering data and producing reports.
- Experience of working within a Group of companies
- AAT qualified
- Full UK driving licence
