Nursery Deputy Manager

As a Deputy Manager you will work with the Nursery Manager to support with all aspects of Nursery Life. You will create a stimulating learning environment that helps children grow.

Quality Managment - ensuring all children's learning journeys are age and stage appropriate - Supporting Children, Staff and famillies to give the children a happy, safe learning environment to help nurture and support them to grow.

You will help lead the nursery in areas such as planning, monitoring, peer observations, learning journey audits to support the staff with providing children with outstanding learning experience. You will support collegues by providing them with the experienceof how to plan daily activities and ensure all evidence is recorded to extend the child’s learning in line with the EYFS Framework.

Interact with current and potentially new parents in an appropriate, professional and consistent manner to support retention and ongoing occupancy growth, as well as liaise with other professionals when needed and access the local offer.

Ensure all polices, procedures, legislations and ethos of Kiddy Academy is at the centre of all decision making.

Supporting Management in Safeguarding, (Being Deputy) SENDCo to ensure all children are at the centre of all activities.

Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
