Brewers Lodge is a family run pub, restaurant and hotel. We have 15 guest rooms with a high occupancy rate. We serve home cooked meals and our extremely popular Sunday Carvery. We also cater for all types of weddings and events.
We are looking for a part time kitchen assistant to join our friendly, hard working team at Brewers Lodge.
Hours would include days, evenings and weekends.
Duties would include
- Food prep (vegetables, salads etc)
- Cleaning duties
- Assisting the chef with food orders
- Preparing foods ready for buffets
Our serving times are
- Monday - Thursday 5pm - 8.30pm
Friday - Saturday 12pm - 8.30pm
Sunday Carvery 12pm-3.30pm
We are looking for somebody with experience in a similar setting, has good knowledge of food safety, who is hard working and can work in a fast paced environment.
