We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.

You will be responsible for content creation for social media as well as for our website, trade media, and other marketing materials. You will have strong copywriting skills, with an ability to write to a brief, in the company tone of voice.

You will have opportunities to learn and progress, and develop your career in Marketing as the company grows.

**Responsibilities**
- Drafting text, sourcing images, and designing visual elements for social posts
- Monitoring social media and keeping up to date with best practice
- Copywriting to support our marketing strategy - eg blog posts, e-shots, press releases, and trade media articles
- Maintaining the quality of our contact list using CRM and Mailchimp
- Monitoring stock levels of promotional items and sending out marketing materials
- Any other reasonable duties related to the role which may be required

**Person Specification**
- Copywriting skills - Able to write articulately in the company’s tone of voice
- Design skills - Creative, with attention to detail and an eye for design
- Experience of creating social media posts, ideally for a B2B company
- Experience of designing graphics for social media, websites, or other marketing materials
- Experience of using a CRM system such as Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial
