Norma Davies Opticians is an independent optician specialising in supplying high-end eyewear, great clinical care, and an exceptional customer experience. We are currently looking for an Optical Assistant to work between our practices in Carmarthen and Morriston.

Although previous optical experience is preferred, we are willing to consider applicants with a track record in other high-end customer service positions.

Applicants should be confident communicators with a good attention to detail as our clients expect a high standard of care.

The role will be varied and will involve things like:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Booking appointments & managing the diary
- Using advanced technology to pre-screen clients
- Adjusting and repairing glasses
- Various administrative tasks

We are looking for someone to work in our Carmarthen and Morriston practices. You would work 9.00 - 5.30 in the week and 8.30 - 12.30 on a Saturday. We are closed all bank holidays and Sundays.
