**Job Title**: Telesales/Client Executive

**Location**: Ashford

**Salary**: £14 per hour

**Term**: 3 months+, with temporary to permanent opportunities

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.

**Start**: ASAP

**Your key responsibilities would be**:

- Contacting clients via phone from a database to introduce yourself and what the company offer
- Inviting the client to take part in the campaign where they will receive a free trial of your company services for 2 months
- Processing the order through Salesforce
- Updating the client record with information required
- Follow up on any Client's who have registered interest in the campaign
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers
- Providing product knowledge to the customers
- Confident telephone manor to speak with customers
- Previous call centre type experience is desirable
- Good use of own initiative
- Competent using all MS Office programmes
- Educated to GCSE standard
