We are delighted to be working on behalf of a global giftware company to help them secure a part time and permanent Telesales Consultant to join their team in Melksham. They are best known for their love of retro classics and iconic licenses and are proudto represent many of the world’s best entertainment brands.

Already well established and recognised, their aim is to become a leading worldwide supplier of licensed giftware whilst maintaining their standards in design, product quality and service.

**Key Responsibilities and duties**:

- Proactively contact existing customers by telephone to actively promote & sell our range of products
- Upsell back orders and inform customers of new product launches.
- Work with and manage your own house accounts.
- Handle incoming sales calls.
- Follow up on agreed new business campaigns.
- Contribute ideas to wider Core sales team.
- Work to agreed activity levels & report back each week on performance.

**Skills**:

- Goal orientated & motivated by success and achievement.
- Good communicator both written and verbal.
- Adaptable with a positive "can do" attitude.
- Organised and can work to deadlines.
- Problem solver.
- Good computer skills (MS outlook, excel)
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Numerate.

**Experience**:
You will be experienced in business to business sales and/or account management. With a conscientious and focused approach, you will want to offer the best possible experience to your clients. You will be able to spot a great opportunity and thrive in thechallenge of growing existing client base with new customers and increasing existing customers annual spend. You will have the confidence to spend a large proportion of you day proactively contacting clients to achieve new sales, upsell previous back ordersand inform our clients of new products launches.
