Lettings Negotiator

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team at Dereham, who can continue to deliver exceptional service to both our landlords and tenants. The role of Lettings Negotiator is a permanent part time role.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you must have the following skills/requirements:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Expert local knowledge
- Self motivated and highly driven
- Well presented with a confident manner
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle a must

The successful applicant’s duties will include:

- Matching suitable applicants to properties
- Conducting viewings
- Completing referencing process
- Preparing tenancy agreements and associated paperwork
- Management of tenancies, including maintenance jobs, inspections, rent reviews, check-ins and check-outs
- Help generate new and repeat business opportunities

The working hours for this role are every Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 5.30pm, and an alternate Saturday from 9am to 2pm. An additional day (Thursday) would be available until the end of 2023.

Part-time hours: 17.5 per week

**Salary**: From £9,500.00 per year
